While everyone else is talking about affordable houses we are actually capable of producing affordable houses for the masses.

We offer a few variations of our houses at present. However, we are not a custom home manufacturer. Our standard model as seen at the right. It is 1040 SF house. It also comes in a 1400 SF unit as well. The smaller unit is a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom floorplan. This 1400 SF unit is a 4  bedroom/2 or 2-1/2  bathroom floorplan. Removing a window in each bedroom in the 1040 SF unit and replacing it with an outside door allows for a shared living environment. Or the 1040 SF unit can be basically cut in half to become a small house (ADU) with 1 bedroom/1 bathroom.

A 1st Home utilizes the benefits of HIGH VOLUME manufacturing to produce these cost-effective modular homes. All our houses will be built in a portable manufacturing facility onsite at the development at a rapid pace. Developers desiring 100 or more homes are our ideal clients. 

Environmentally responsible methods and materials commonly used in home construction are built and assembled using our patent pending parts and processes.      

All our models come complete with all appliances, fixtures, and interior & exterior finishes.
